ith the creation of Texas
Constitutional Carry, the 87th
Texas Legislature reorganized and changed
several provisions of Texas law. Although
the law surrounding LTC holders did not
change as drastically, this Act, which added
an additional subset of people who could
otherwise legally carry in Texas without an
LTC, changed Texas carry law as we know it.
