PRACTICAL LEGAL TIP
Most people say that the reason they
forgot to remove a firearm from their
baggage at the airport is because they
were in such a hurry to not miss their
flight. But, if you do accidentally leave
it in your carry-on bag, you can be
assured that you will miss your flight!
At a very minimum, if TSA finds a gun in
your baggage, you will not only cause
a scene and miss your flight, but you
will also incur a fine from the TSA and
possibly be subjected to prosecution
by local law enforcement if you are not
in possession of your handgun license.
