Kirk is the President of U.S.

30 years, concentrating most of
his work on litigation including
constitutional issues and complex
civil litigation. He has advised
gun owners, instructors, ranges,
and law enforcement. He is an
ardent supporter of each of our
rights to keep and bear arms and
is a proud gun owner.
Kirk is a graduate with honors from Texas A&M University and attended law
school at the University of Houston, where he graduated as editor of the Law
Review. Kirk was recognized as a “Rising Star” in the legal profession by the
Texas Monthly publication Super Lawyers.
Kirk is a frequent speaker on civil liability associated with gun ownership
and has been a presenter at events across the United States, including the FBI
Dallas CAAA Active Shooter Seminar, the national NRA Foundation Banquet,
and multiple civic and community organizations. In addition, Kirk has served
as a media source for firearms law, including appearances on Fox News,
KXAN in Austin, KSAT television in San Antonio, and a national interview
with Yahoo Sports, along with more than 50 radio interviews with stations
across the country. Kirk has also authored a number of legal publications on
firearms topics such as “Tribal Law and Your Firearms.”
